Really wish I could say good things about this, but initially it took me 5 goes to log into my Audible account because it kept going back to the sign in page, despite me entering the correct details.

Compare with Windows 10 app, audiblesync is not stable and downloading is its only task. So you can just choose to download audible books via Audible WIndows 10 app. Audible sync is unstable. It doesn't open right and my library is missing when I finally get on.
It's a bad idea. There's an old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership. It's either that or I'll have to start drinking heavily before I try to download anything. Yes, AudibleSync is unstable. Many users reported that they cannot login to it. It's not a good idea to release this app when it not ready.
Six or seven months ago, after years of successful downloading, I became unable to download and load books into iTunes with various failure symptoms, including the "missing" libraries and repeated returns to the signon screen mentioned in other posts.
